The park has been completely redesigned to be truly "Big Rig Friendly". It comprises 37 pads of which all but a very few will accommodate the largest Class A Motorhomes. Most sites are waterfront with spectacular views around Victoria's harbour.

L’eau Rider is the perfect location to explore everything Victoria has to offer. From your dock you can kayak or paddleboard the inner and outer harbour of Victoria and your taxi for a meal in town is a Victoria Harbour ferry!

From Up Island
Take the #1 Highway south. Exit at the McKenzie Avenue/Admirals Road interchange, follow Admirals Road south and turn left onto Lyall Street. Stay on Lyall Street, we are at the very end.

When exiting the ferry terminal, turn left onto Belleville Street. Continue on Belleville until you merge onto Blanshard Street (highway 17). Continue on Blanchard St for around 6KM and take exit 7 heading west on McKenzie Avenue. Once you cross the Trans-Canada Highway, McKenzie Avenue will turn into Admirals Rd. Continue until you hit Lyall Street and take a left. Stay on Lyall Street and we are at the very end.

Take the Patricia Bay Highway south, come off at highway exit 7 and turn right (west) onto McKenzie Avenue. Once you cross the Trans-Canada Highway, Mackenzie Avenue will turn into Admirals Rd. Continue until you hit Lyall Street and take a left. Stay on Lyall Street and we are at the very end.
