We are happy to offer year-round moorage in one of the finest locations in Victoria’s harbour!

  • Rates
    Rates are as outlined on our website. Rates run from April 1 through March 31 each year. There is a non-refundable reservation fee per reservation, per month; this is additional to the reservation deposit. Peak Season rates will apply to long weekends and holidays.

    Monthly and Annual Rates are calculated based on the length of the slip, or the length of the boat, whichever is greater. Subject to availability and only apply if the Guest stays in the same unit (site or slip) from the 1st of the month, to the 1st of the following month. Annual rates required an 'Annual Moorage Agreement' to be signed and dated by the guest prior to arrival. Power is not included in monthly and annual rates, and is billed at the applicable rate set by BC Hydro.

    Live aboard vessels must be owner occupied.

  • DEPOSITS

    1. Nightly and Monthly rate reservations require a deposit of 50% of total stay (plus applicable fees).

    2. Annual rate reservations require a deposit of the last month at the time of booking. This deposit is accepted by cash, debit, e-transfer or cheque only. Credit cards will not be accepted as a form of payment.

    CANCELLATIONS

    Including changes to reservations and reducing days. This pertains to unforeseen circumstances involving personal health or that of someone else; extreme weather; COVID-related border or region closures and transportation or vessel problems. Please note all refunds will be returned to the original method of payment used.

    1. Cancellation requests must be submitted via written notice via the guest portal or via email to reservations@victoriarv.com. Cancellations over the phone will not be accepted.

    2. Any changes to reservations that include moving dates or reducing the number of days in a booking is considered a cancellation and the cancellation policies will apply. Lock Fees are non-refundable.

    3. Once checked in for your reservation, reducing the length of your stay will result in the deposit being forfeited at which point, a new deposit will need to be taken to secure the new booking dates.

    Nightly and Monthly Rate Reservations

    1. Notice (14) days or more from the check-in date: a $30 + GST administration fee will be charged per site to refund the deposit.

    2. Less than (14) days notice from the check-in date: Deposits are non-refundable.

    Annual Rate Reservations

    1. Cancellation requires (60) days written notice.

    2. The new stay length will be prorated to be charged at the Monthly Rate.

    PAYMENTS

    1. Nightly Rate Reservations: the remaining balance for your reservation is due upon arrival. Once the balance is paid, it is non-refundable. No refunds or deposits will be returned if the check out date is altered, no matter how much notice.

    2. Monthly and Annual Rate Reservations: Rent will be due on the first day of each month. Monthly payments and deposits are accepted by cash, debit, e-transfer or cheque only. Credit cards will not be accepted as a form of payment.

  • Garbage & Recycling
    Please use the provided access code, and follow instructional signage. The disposal of personal garbage and recycling in the laundry room, washrooms and showers is strictly prohibited. NO baby wipes, paper towel, feminine products, plastics of any kind, dental floss, grease or fat in the toilets or down the drains; please put in the garbage.

    Utilities
    Please ensure only toilet paper and natural waste go into the sewer (this includes in the clubhouse building).

    Quiet Time & Privacy
    Please respect your neighbours. Quiet time hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am. Refrain from entering or walking through others' sites.

    Children
    Children must be supervised at all times. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted on the docks or in the Clubhouse unattended.

    Pets
    Pets must remain secured on a leash at all times. You are required to pick-up after your pet. Pets are not permitted in the facilities. Excessive noise or allowing pets to roam off leash could result in you being asked to leave the Resort.

    Parking
    Reserved parking spots are for local residents only. Additional vehicles or guests are required to pay for parking and must display a valid pass. Parking on grass and roadways is not permitted.

    Facilities
    Dish washing is not permitted in the washrooms or laundry room. Do not dispose of site garbage in the facilities. Clubhouse use is closely monitored.

    Environment
    Respect our environment. Do NOT feed wildlife. Washing of vessels is prohibited. Boat repairs are not permitted in the Salish Seaside RV Resort & Marina, unless written consent obtained from Marina Management prior.

    Safety
    Fueling of boats is not permitted in the Marina. Wood-burning stoves, oil burners or reflective type/flame type heaters are not to be operated in the Marina. Swimming, diving, fishing, crabbing or shrimping is not permitted anywhere within the Salish Seaside RV Resort & Marina.

    Sanitation

    Discharging of any black/grey water or dirty bilges is strictly prohibited while in the Marina.

    Organization
    Docks are to be kept clear of all chattels including hoses, electrical cables or any other equipment. Fuel, paint or environmentally hazardous products are not to be stored in dock boxes.
