Rates include (2) guests, sewer, power*, water and wi-fi. Maximum four guests per site. There is a non-refundable reservation fee, per reservation, per month.
Prices do not include cable TV.
Cable is available through your own Rogers account. We provide the cable hookup but not the box or account. Guests desiring cable are required to make their own cable arrangements prior to their stay.
Please note: Eagle and Thunderbird sites are not configured for Fifth-wheels or Trailers. No exceptions.Rates
Rates run from April 1 through March 31 each year. There is a non-refundable reservation fee per reservation, per month. Peak Season prices will apply to nightly and weekly rates during long weekends and holidays.Weekly Rates
Subject to availability and only apply if the Guest stays in the same unit (site or slip) for seven (7) consecutive nights. Weekly rates are only offered between the months of November to March. Peak Season prices will apply to nightly and weekly rates during long weekends and holidays.Monthly Rates
Subject to availability and only apply if the Guest stays in the same unit (site or slip) from the 1st of the month, to the 1st of the following month. RV Resort monthly rates are available October 1 - April 1 only. Peak Season rates will apply to long weekends and holidays. For monthly bookings, rates include Hydro usage. Anything over this threshold will be billed at the applicable rate set by BC Hydro.Lock Fees
Your unit type (site or slip) and amenities are guaranteed, however you might get moved to another unit similar to the one you have selected in order to optimize our unit availability. You can guarantee the unit you have chosen by paying the lock fee. Lock Fees are non-refundable. -
DEPOSITS
1. There is a non-refundable reservation fee of $5.00 per booking.
2. Reservations of 1 month or less requires payment in full.
3. Reservations from 1-3 months require payment of 1 month in full.
4. Reservations from 4 -7 months requires payment of 2 months in full.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations include changes to your reservations and/or reducing the number of days of your stay. This also pertains to unforeseen circumstances involving personal health or that of someone else; extreme weather; and transportation or RV problems. Please note all refunds will be returned to the original method of payment used.
1. Cancellation requests must be submitted via written notice via the guest portal or via email to reservations@victoriarv.com. Cancellations over the phone will not be accepted.
2. Any changes to reservations that include moving dates or reducing the number of days in a booking is considered a cancellation and the cancellation policies applies. Reservation fee’s and lock fees are non-refundable.
3. Once checked in for your reservation, there will be no refund available by reducing the length of your stay.
4. Cancellation Fees
4.1. Notice (14) days or more from the check-in date: You will receive a full refund, minus a $30 + GST administration fee.
4.2 Notice (13) days or less from the check-in date: no refund will be provided.4.3 Notice for 4 - 6 months stays of (13) days or less having paid a 2 month deposit will receive a refund of 1 month minus an administrative fee of $30 + gst

PAYMENT
Monthly Rate reservations are due on the first of each month. Once the balance is paid, it is non-refundable. No refunds or deposits will be returned if the check out date is altered, no matter how much notice.
Any unpaid monthly fees that are 48 hours past the booking date will result in the original reservation being cancelled.
