Construction Update #4

As of today the concrete pads are all poured, pedestals are in, services to each pad are complete. BC Hydro have finally agreed to hook us up to mains power on Tuesday next week! Much of the sod has been laid and paving of the entrance driveway and perimeter road in the park is underway for completion today. The stone sitting wall is constructed around the perimeter and it looks fantastic! There are lots of little jobs, signs, lamp-posts, security cameras and Wi-Fi to get hooked up but this week will mark the end of the major construction activities.

The office/store renovations are mostly finished, staff will move in this week. The amenity building is the only thing lagging, and it's far from finished, just now being at the lockup stage. Realistically we're a month away from having it ready for occupancy, unfortunately. Until the amenity building is finished we have one washroom/shower at the office available for use, and will be bringing in a portable washroom trailer. 

So, one way or another we'll be able to start receiving guests, although they'll have to be willing to be a bit flexible and understanding as we struggle to finish. We thank you all for your patience. See you soon!
